Lufti Labs ("we", "us") operates luftilabs.com and mobile applications including our inventory management app. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Account Information: You may use our app without creating an account. If you choose to register, we collect your email address and password. Anonymous accounts are created automatically to enable app functionality.

Photos and Camera: When you use the camera or photo library features, images are stored securely in our cloud storage and used for AI-powered item identification and pricing. Photos are associated with your account and are not shared publicly.

Inventory Data: Item details, sources, boxes, pricing, and notes you enter are stored in our cloud database to provide the app's core functionality.

AI Analysis: Photos you submit for analysis are processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI) to identify items and estimate pricing. These images are sent securely and are not used to train AI models.

Website Data: We collect information you provide directly, such as your name and email via contact forms or newsletter signup. We also collect basic analytics data to understand site performance.

How We Use Data

Information is used to provide app functionality, respond to inquiries, deliver requested updates, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for cloud hosting (Supabase), AI analysis (OpenAI), and website hosting. These providers are required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes described.

Data Retention

You can delete your account and associated data at any time through the app. Upon deletion, your inventory data, photos, and account information are permanently removed.
